HANDMADE · MOROCCO

One pair of hands.

My mother crochets. Ten to twenty pieces a month, not one more. Every piece is numbered, and the time it took is written on it.

What it actually costs

6
hours for a beanie
14
hours for a pair of shorts
20
pieces a month, at best

الحرفة

The constraint isn't a flaw. It's the product.

There is no stock, there is a queue. When you order, you get a real lead time — and my mother sets it, not us.

The price follows the hours, not the mood of the market. A pair of shorts is fourteen hours. You can see it, and you pay for it.

The pieces

Two styles to start with. We'd rather do two properly than ten badly.

The gesture

It isn't the product that sells. It's the gesture.

The yarn, the hook, the hands. The rest is just fabric.
